Whether you’ve never made a boat dive or you’ve logged dozens, the PADI Boat Diver Specialty course will benefit you.
Scuba diving from a boat is fun and relatively easy because you usually descend directly onto your dive site.
The course helps you build confidence in boat diving including how to enter and exit, where to stow your gear as well as in boating safety.
Prerequisites & Requirements
Age Requirement: 10 years or older
Course Prerequisites : Open Water Diver/Junior Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification)
Time commitment:
-Theoretical sessions
-2 Dives in open water
Equipment
Deep Blue Diving club as an official Scubapro dealer will provide all the basic scuba gear you’ll use including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, dive gauges and a tank.
Your PADI Instructor will explain the equipment that you need and may suggest additional gear, depending on what type of boat and where your boat diving adventures take you.
